Kelley M. Brogan

Overview

KELLEY M. BROGAN is an Associate in the Firm’s Insurance Services and Litigation Group.

Ms. Brogan is a graduate of Villanova University where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, with a minor in Arabic and Islamic Studies.  Ms. Brogan earned her Juris Doctorate with a concentration in Intellectual Property from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2013. While at Seton Hall, Ms. Brogan served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Brian R. Martinotti, J.S.C. Bergen County Superior Court in New Jersey. Ms. Brogan was a member of the Dispute Resolution Society and the Women’s Law Forum.  She also competed in the Eugene Gressman Moot Court Competition and volunteered with the Volunteer Lawyers for Justice Consumer Debt Clinic.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Brogan served as the law clerk to the Honorable Margaret M. McVeigh, Presiding Judge, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Passaic County, during the 2013-2014 term. She is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, and the State of New York.
