SUZANNE E. BALDASARE's practice focuses on structuring, negotiating and documenting commercial real estate and corporate finance transactions for both lenders and owners, which includes mortgage lending, commercial lending, acquisitions and sales, and leasing transactions.

In addition, Ms. Baldasare is an active member of the Fairfield/Westchester Chapter of the Real Estate Finance Association.
